Hello Chonky Texts is the text-message program of Hello Chonky Cookie Co., LLC. Sign up below to get texts from Hello Chonky. You choose what you receive — each option is separate, and neither is required to buy from us.

What you'll receive

• Customer care & order updates: replies to questions you send us, order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, and pickup notices.
• Deals & promotions (only if you check that box): new flavors, specials, and discounts.
• Hiring: if you apply for a job and agree to texts, updates about your application.

Other ways to opt in

• Checking an unchecked text-message box at checkout, on our contact form, or on a job application.
• Texting a join keyword (such as CHONKY) to our number where we advertise it. We reply once to confirm.

Frequency, cost, and how to stop

• Message frequency varies. Promotional messages are typically no more than a few per month.
• Message & data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You'll get one confirmation message and no further texts.
• Reply HELP for help, or email greg@hellochonky.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
